Smoking is an addiction that is hard to break. We are constantly bombarded with negative consequences of smoking and the damage it causes our bodies. Our media is saturated with images and content demonstrating why smoking is bad. The infographic below aims to encourage current smokers to quit by demonstrating the POSITIVE implications of a smoke free life. We hope this fresh perspective sparks positive conversations with patients and empowers them to start their smokefree journey.
I am a Health Equality and Social Justice advocate, aspiring to be a part of the solution. I have completed a Bachelor of Health Science and Arts conjoint at the University of Auckland. I am the Practice Support Specialist at Vensa Health. This involves providing TXT2Remind training and support for practices, and conducting various in-house projects.
